Emergency InformationSwine Influenza: Important Information for University Community On June 11, the Word Heath Organization, raised its infectious diseases alert from Phase 5 to Phase 6, its highest level, declaring a global HiNi flu pandemic. The University of Rochester is cooperating with local, state, and federal officials in taking all necessary precautions. No cases of swine influenza have been reported on our campus. For information and updates, visit http://www.rochester.edu/emergency/swine_flu/ To report an emergency Cancellations AlertUR The University's emergency notification system allows for the mass dissemination of critical information via voice, text, and e-mail to undergraduate students during a major emergency. If you are an undergraduate in the College of Arts, Sciences, and Engineering or the Eastman School of Music, you can input or edit your contact information in the AlertUR system. (NOTE: Text messages will be delivered more quickly than voice messages.) Phase I is operating for all undergraduates and will be expanded to others in the University community. Phase II is under development for graduate students, faculty, and staff. What can you do?
